Techware offers several licensing arrangements for our software products including Single User Licenses, Multi-User Licenses and Company Licenses.
Single User Licenses
Single User Licenses are designed to be installed on a single computer. The installation requires administrator privileges and installs a software licensing code which allows all users on that computer to have access to the software.
Quantity discounts are offered for purchases of more than one single user license. The following table displays the current single user license pricing.

Single User License Pricing Notes:
- The WinSteam package includes DeskTop Steam. You may purchase DeskTop Steam, the interactive steam calculator separately if you do not need the spreadsheet add-in functions.
- The @Air package includes DeskTop Air. You may purchase DeskTop Air, the interactive air calculator separately if you do not need the spreadsheet add-in functions.
- We offer a discount when you purchase @Gas and @Air together as there are some areas of overlap between the two products.
- The DeskTop Set includes WinSteam, @Gas, @Air and XLInterp. If you are considering to purchase WinSteam, @Gas and @Air, choose the DeskTop Set for the same price; it's like getting XLInterp for free.
- The quantity discounts apply to the current order and are not cumulative, however, we will extend the quantity unit pricing for future orders placed within 6 months from the previous order.
- All prices shown are one time charges. There are no other fees or annual charges for continued usage.
Multi-User Licenses
Techware offers multi-user licenses for most of our software products. These are not network versions of the software that control the number of simultaneous users. Multi-user licenses employ the same software as the single user licenses; the only difference is the terms of the license. With a multi-user license you receive a single pair of serial and authorization numbers and the license indicates the number of computers on which you are permitted to install the software.
Multi-user licenses are sold in increments of five users.

Software Upgrades
Upgrades for versions 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2 of WinSteam, @Air and @Gas as well as versions 1.1 and 1.2 of XLInterp are available for a price of $99.00 each. Upgrades from older versions are available for $149.00 each.Company Licenses
Larger users who wish to install any of our software products on many or all of their computers may be interested in our Company License. This license allows the software to be installed on any number of computers owned by the company purchasing the license for use by company employees. The Company license agreement includes an initial fee plus an annual fee. All upgrades and support is included in the pricing. Contact our sales department for a quotation.
Ordering
All of our software products can be downloaded directly from this site. All packages include a PDF version of the user's manual. Downloaded packages are the same as CD versions. There are no shipping, handling or media charges for downloaded software. You can save the downloaded file for future re-installation or else download another copy at any time.
All prices stated in our pricing section are for downloaded software. If you require to have the software delivered on CD, there is a media charge of $15.00 per item plus a $6.25 shipping charge per order for shipping via Priority Mail. In addition, we are required to collect sales tax on software shipped by CD to New Jersey locations.

Go ahead and download the software packages you want right now and start using them immediately. When installing the software, you will be given a choice to register with your serial number or run it as a demo. Press the "Demo" button and you will have full access to the software for 30 days.

Purchase orders are accepted from major US corporations with payment terms net 30 days. Please provide software name, product number, quantity, shipping address, billing address, contact name and telephone number with your order. Be sure to include the original serial numbers for each upgrade product ordered.
